After some 16 years as a resident in Lagoon City, - first as a weekend boater,- I decided some 11 years ago, to sell my own Real Estate company in Toronto and join Century 21 .
The background of my own successful business in residential resale and new home sales, home construction and general real estate consulting, has been of great benefit in serving purchasers and vendors covering the eastern shores of Lake Simcoe South from Beaverton and North to Orillia.
I hold my Brokers licence acting as a Broker with Century 21 Lakeside Cove Realty Ltd.Brokerage, and hold the FRI. (Fellow of The Real Estate Institute of Canada) designation. The FRI. designation is Canada's pre-eminent real estate designation.
In 1991 I also received the MVA-Res designation,(Market Value Appraiser ) which is a professional designation for Realtors who have demonstrated competence, experience and education in the field of residential appraisal.
I am an active member of the Lagoon City,Beaverton & Orillia Communities, a Past President of The
Auxiliary to Lakeview Manor Beaverton,member of East Lake Simcoe Arts Association, and a past member of the Trillium Foundation Grant Review Team for Simcoe County.
In June of 2005 I became the proud recipient of a Paul Harris Fellow award, an award given in appreciation of tangible and significant assistance given for the furtherance of better understanding and friendly relations among peoples of the world. A great honour for anyone who is a Rotarian, a truly special honour for myself since I am not a Rotarian.
I am a Past President of The Lagoon City Community Association.
* In the Greater Toronto Area, I was fortunate to be the recipient of several sales awards including multi million dollar sales award from Toronto Home Builders Association.
* Since joining Century 21, I have received several outstanding sales achievement awards,Silver Masters, Ruby Masters, Emerald Masters and top producer Centurion Award for 2004.In 2005 and in 2006 I have been honoured again with an Emerald Masters Award, and the prestigious Ruby Masters Award in 2007, and in 2008, and 2 Special Achievement Awards in 2009..
It is particularly gratifying while enjoying my profession, that I am able to assist so many in determining changes in lifestyle.
