My office is located in Lagoon City,  a unique waterfront community situated on the eastern shores of Lake Simcoe . We are about half way between the Village of Beaverton to the South and the City of Orillia to the North. Approximately one and a half hours north of the Greater Toronto Area.

Lagoon City is not only a waterfront community, it is a lifestyle. We have approximately 14 k.m. of man made waterways, of canals and bridges connecting every home with access to Lake Simcoe and the Trent/Severn waterways. The connection to the Trent/Severn, allows boaters to access Lake Huron to the North and Lake Ontario to the South. The community is comprised of approximately 830 homes, made up of detached and condominium town homes and  some timeshare. Adding to the uniqueness of our community, we all have boat mooring at our back door. 

We have a very active community association, a community centre with activities that can keep you busy every day/evening of the week, if you so choose. Activities such as bridge,bid euchre,tai chi, yoga,darts, exercise programs, our own theatre group,summer BBQ's,organized dinners, happy hour . We have  indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 private sandy beaches, an indoor pool at the Harbour Inn that has a dining room open all year. A full service marina, with both covered  and outdoor boat storage facilities. Canoeing and Kayaking  are ideal  summer activities .

There are 3 golf courses within 20 minutes, the closest about 10 minutes away.

Winter sports include  : skating, cross country skiing, on  Lagoons as they freeze over through the winter months. Adding to the uniqueness of this community is  access to Lake Simcoe for snowmobilers & ice fishing etc..

Downhill skiing is a short 35 minute drive away.
